Pinstone, a Leominster-based PR agency has won the fiercely fought-over Veterinary Marketing Association PR Award; receiving the trophy at a London ceremony that hosted the major organisations working for and with the animal health industry.
The PR Award is for the company that has delivered the most innovative PR initiative or programme in 2018. A panel of 25 judges, comprised of distinguished representatives from the veterinary and healthcare professions, whittled down the record number of submissions.
The judges sought entries that shone for their innovation, strategic outlook, quality writing, audience appeal and creativity.
Pinstone’s winning submission was for an agricultural campaign targeting vets and farmers with a simple call to action to improve animal health on farm. It featured an innovative digital, social and print media PR campaign.
Catherine Linch, managing director of Pinstone said, “Winning the PR Award reflects our commitment to delivering measurable change for our clients through PR. These awards recognise excellence in the animal health sector and it’s gratifying to see a creative B2B PR campaign pip the others to the post.
“It’s fantastic that the team’s hard work has been recognised, when up against such strong competition from PR agencies from across the UK.”
